De acordo com o Ministério Público, foram verificadas as constantes nomeações de parentes por parte da Sra. Prefeita Municipal e a existência de “vulneração aos princípios da administração pública passíveis de improbidade
administrativa”.
O termo do Ministério Público envolveu a obrigação de imediata daexoneração dos servidores que são parentes de Gustinho e Hilda para que não houvesse em consequência a “persecução em relação a atos de improbidade existentes nas nomeações já efetuadas”.
