O deputado federal Gustinho Ribeiro (SOLIDARIEDADE) foi diagnosticado no último dia 18 de janeiro com COVID-19 e participou nesta quinta-feira, 28, de um evento que contou com a presença do presidente Jair Bolsonaro (sem partido) e centenas de pessoas.
O NE Notícias teve acesso ao exame feito através do método RT-PCR, que data a coleta do dia 17 de janeiro. A análise informa que o deputado estava com sintomas. A recomendação é o isolamento por 14 dias a partir do resultado do exame, mas 10 dias depois Gustinho estava em meio a centenas de pessoas e sem usar máscara.
Estar contaminado com o novo coronavírus e não usar máscara é um risco de transmissão da COVID-19. O ato pode ser visto como crime contra a saúde pública, uma vez que o deputado sabia do resultado e tem consciência do risco que impôs às outras pessoas. Fontes alegam que Gustinho poderá ser denunciado ao Ministério Público.
