A Câmara Municipal de Rosário do Catete está nomeando servidores em cargos de comissão para funções em que há aprovados aguardando convocação em concurso público vigente. O caso foi denunciado pelos vereadores Elisson Santana e Lilian Rodrigues em entrevista ao programa Sergipe Verdade, da rádio SIM FM, nesta segunda-feira, 21.
“Pedimos que o presidente da Câmara retirasse o projeto de pauta, para que fossem feitas correções. Esse concurso foi feito em 2018, onde existe o cargo de Controlador-Geral, por exemplo, que é um cargo efetivo. Hoje, nesse cargo, tem uma pessoa interina. A gente questiona: por que não chamar a pessoa do concurso? Foram nove aprovados no concurso, e eles informaram que cinco foram convocados, mas não quiseram. E os outros quatro? Eles precisam ser convocados”, analisou vereador Elisson Santana.
Já a vereadora Lilian Rodrigues endossou as críticas à Mesa Diretora da Câmara e disse que teve seu direito violado, ao pedir vista da votação, mas não ser atendida pelo presidente da casa. “Foi atropelado o regimento da casa, tenho direito de pedir vista, e foi negado a mim. Direito foi violado. Fiquei muito triste pelo ocorrido. Não podemos deixar esse tipo de coisa impune. O que for certo a gente apoia, e o que for errado a gente vai expor. Vou aguardar agora a ata para tomar minhas providências”, pontuou a parlamentar.
