Atualmente Luciano Goes é Coordenador Estadual do Departamento Nacional de Obras Contra as Secas (DNOCS), órgão em que conseguiu demonstrar a competência necessária para conseguir alcançar postos ainda maiores, a exemplo de um dos principais órgãos do Estado de Sergipe.
Luciano Goes é formado em Gestão Pública pala FGV – Fundação Getúlio Vargas, já atuou no Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Sergipe e na Secretaria de Estado da Agricultura.
