Paz, tranquilidade e diversão foram as marcas principais do ‘Carnaval da Gente’ 2023, em Simão Dias, organizado pela administração Nossa Força, Nossa Gente.
Durante seis dias, a folia carnavalesca levou alegria e diversão para os simãodienses e visitantes, além de aquecer a economia local com a geração de emprego e renda.
O evento foi aberto na quinta-feira, 16 de fevereiro, com o Grito de Carnaval na quadra do Conjunto Centenário, sob o comando da banda Ginga Show. Sequenciou na sexta-feira, 17 de fevereiro, com o bloquinho da Saúde e arrastão da banda Valneijós.
No sábado, 19 de fevereiro, as bandas Swing Art Mania e Brunninho Top7 comandaram o terceiro dia do ‘Carnaval da Gente’, na Praça Vicente Ferreira de Souza.
Já no domingo, 20 de fevereiro, o bloco ‘As Ninfetas e Garanfetas’ ganhou as ruas de Simão Dias, puxado pela banda Jam Bahia. Em seguida, o cantor Saulo Hollywood encerrou mais dia de folia na cidade.
Na segunda-feira de Carnaval, o bloco ‘Okatia’ manteve a tradição e arrastou mais de 6 mil foliões pelas principais ruas. No Povoado Triunfo, a banda Wesley Freestyle fez a alegria no bloco ‘As Triunfetes’. Já na Praça de Eventos, Maysa Reis, Diego Amante e OS3 fizeram shows para os presentes.
Novamente de volta às ruas, o ‘Okatia’ abriu o último de Carnaval em Simão Dias e à tarde ainda teve arrastão da banda D’Bonné na avenida principal com a banda Xokolight encerrando o ‘Carnaval da Gente’ 2023.
Durante todos os dias do ‘Carnaval da Gente’, a Prefeitura de Simão Dias preparou uma grande estrutura para manter a festa tranquila e segura.
O evento contou com o auxílio da Polícia Militar, Guarda Municipal, Corpo de Bombeiro, Polícia Comunitária e seguranças particulares, além de detectores de metal na entrada da Praça de Eventos.
Na área da saúde, a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde montou um local estratégico com equipe médica, auxiliares e ambulância, assim como a distribuição de preservativo.
Além disso, a festa gerou emprego e renda para o comércio local, sem contar com os vendedores ambulantes na avenida Construtor João Antônio de Santana (local dos desfiles dos blocos e arrastões) e no entorno da Praça de Eventos Vicente Ferreira de Souza.
O ‘Carnaval da Gente’ foi sucesso total e em 2024, a festa volta ainda mais planejada, com novas atrações e a marca da gestão Nossa Força, Nossa Gente.
