O Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Sergipe (TCE/SE) realizou na última quinta-feira, 23, a sessão do Pleno presidida pelo conselheiro-presidente Flávio Conceição. Foram julgados 23 processos e 13 protocolos com a participação dos conselheiros Carlos Pinna, Ulices Andrade, Luiz Augusto Ribeiro, Susana Azevedo, Angélica Guimarães e Luis Alberto Meneses, além do procurador-geral João Augusto Bandeira de Mello, representante do Ministério Público de Contas (MPC/SE).
Durante a Sessão foram julgadas as contas de 2019 da Câmara Municipal de Areia Branca, na gestão de Reginaldo da Silva Santos (Perna). A corte votou pela rejeição das contas se baseando nas despesas com consultorias e eventos sem a devida explicação.
Perna foi presidente da câmara de vereadores de Areia Branca nos anos de 2016 a 2020.
