Um elevador com 11 pessoas despencou um andar em um prédio em Mangabeiras, em Maceió. O acidente ocorreu na tarde de domingo (19) e deixou pelo menos três pessoas feridas sem gravidade.
As 11 pessoas entraram no 10º andar do prédio. Quando o elevador chegou no térreo, caiu até o subsolo. A capacidade máxima do equipamento é de até 8 pessoas, mas o limite não foi respeitado.
Os passageiros tiveram que forçar a porta para conseguiram sair. Eles ficaram cerca de 9 minutos presos. Um morador gravou o momento logo após a saída dos passageiros, que mostra pessoas no chão reclamando de dores (assista abaixo).
egundo Leonardo Pereira, síndico do prédio há um ano, o excesso de peso pode ter causado o acidente. “No momento, eles iriam para o andar zero, o pilotis, e aparentemente o elevador não concluiu ali onde deveria, e desceu para o subsolo, que é uma situação de repouso”, explicou.
Contudo, uma investigação independente será contratada para apurar as responsabilidades. Até lá, o elevador vai ficar interditado. “Estamos acionando uma empresa de auditoria para fazer os levantamentos de forma isenta. Uma empresa especializada em auditoria de elevadores. Não vai ser nem o fabricante nem [empresa] autorizada pelo fabricante”, reforçou o síndico.
