Em pleno ano de eleição a Prefeita Hilda Ribeiro está abusando dos recursos públicos do povo de Lagarto ao lançar diversas licitações que somam mais de R$ 13 milhões só de combustível para os veículos da Prefeitura de Lagarto. Há suspeita de superfaturamento das licitações e a oposição confirmou que irá levar o caso ao Departamento de Crimes contra a Ordem Tributária e Administração Pública (Deotap).
O valor é tão absurdo para uma Prefeitura do interior sergipano que, para se ter uma ideia, as últimas licitações somaram menos da metade do que ela prevê gastar em 2020. Seu antecessor, Valmir Monteiro, lançou licitações que chegaram a R$ 6.597.780,40. Hilda mais que duplicou o valor em apenas um ano.
As licitações são para a Prefeitura Municipal de Lagarto, no valor de R$ 4.414.480,00; Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, no valor de R$ 2.366.400,00 e 2.328.941,20; e Secretaria Municipal de Assistência Social, no valor de R$ 4.414.480,00.
A soma de todos esses gastos chega a R$ 13.524.301,20, o que significa dizer que a gestão da Prefeita Hilda Ribeiro irá consumir em média mais de R$ 1,1 milhão em gasolina e óleo diesel a cada mês do ano de 2020, ano de eleição municipal.
