Suspeito rompeu rede da Deso que passava por seu terreno e vendia água para caminhões pipa
As Delegacias de Nossa Senhora da Glória e Monte Alegre de Sergipe prendem o suspeito de desviar água da adutora da Companhia de Saneamento de Sergipe (Deso), extrair e vender água para proprietários de caminhões pipa. A ação aconteceu nesta quinta-feira, 4, em Monte Alegre, e visou coibir o furto de água, crime que tem afetado a distribuição do mineral no estado.
Após informações recebidas, a Polícia Civil abriu inquérito policial, para identificar o autor de um possível furto de água em Monte Alegre. Em meio às diligências, ficou constatado que o dono de uma propriedade rural da região havia rompido a rede de abastecimento da Deso, que passava por dentro do seu terreno, e estava desviando água e vendendo para proprietários de caminhões pipa.
A investigação mostrou o modus operandi do suspeito, possibilitando o flagrante nesta quinta. “No momento da ação, o proprietário do terreno havia acabado de encher o seu caminhão pipa e já estava com duas bombas, de grande potência, retirando a água da tubulação da adutora, e se dirigia à saída do seu terreno, para efetuar a venda dessa água no caminhão pipa”, citou o delegado João Eduardo, da Delegacia Regional de Glória, que esteve à frente do caso.
“O proprietário do terreno, que também é caminhoneiro e possui um caminhão pipa, foi preso em flagrante por furto qualificado, crime com pena de dois a oito anos, e o auto de prisão em flagrante foi lavrado, o qual será comunicado ao Poder Judiciário para as providências cabíveis”, finalizou o delegado.
