Depois de ter usado a população para eleger o irmão e, posteriormente, abandonado o município, o prefeito de Umbaúba, Humberto Maravilha, sentiu na pele a verdadeira revolta popular, no último sábado, 10, quando foi atingido por uma lata de cerveja durante discurso no palco que minutos depois contaria com o show do cantor Zezo.
O episódio comprovou o quão desastrosa está a gestão de Humberto, além de ter sido classificado como uma demonstração clara da impopularidade, o que já tem preocupado seus fiéis aliados. Uma vez que as tratativas para as eleições de 2024 já começaram.
Além disso, informações dão conta que nenhum dos nomes que disputam a indicação de Humberto para a sucessão quer ver sua imagem atrelada a do atual prefeito. Eles até querem ser escolhidos, pois sabem que a força da máquina pública pode fazer a diferença numa campanha, mas querem fazê-lo tendo suas imagens completamente deslocadas da péssima reputação desenvolvida pelo Maravilha.
Diante disso, cenários favoráveis começam a se desenham para a oposição que já trabalha com a possibilidade de unidade.
