Morreu na noite dessa segunda-feira, 12, aos 41 anos, vítima de infarto na cidade de Carira, o cantor Gilmar Silva Pereira, conhecido como Erick. Ele teve passagem por várias bandas da região e desenvolvia um novo projeto.
Erick tinha realizado um show para comemorar o aniversário de um amigo à tarde. Na volta para casa, ele passou mal e foi levado para uma unidade hospitalar, porém não resistiu e veio a óbito.
O corpo foi sepultado no Cemitério Santa Cruz.
