O Departamento de Repressão aos Crimes Patrimoniais (Depatri), por meio da Delegacia de Proteção ao Consumidor, abre inquérito policial para apurar a prática de possíveis crimes por parte de uma rede de postos de combustíveis. A empresa teve quatro de seus estabelecimentos fechados na quarta-feira, 15, na Grande Aracaju, durante ação conjunta entre Ministério Público Estadual, Agência Nacional do Petróleo (ANP), Procons estadual e municipal, Secretaria de Estado da Fazenda e Secretaria de Segurança Pública.
O trabalho integrado começou na terça-feira, 23, quando oito postos foram inspecionados na capital e região metropolitana. Durante a ação, em quatro deles, a ANP constatou irregularidades, através de exame laboratorial. Todos os estabelecimentos que estavam em desacordo com o que prevê a lei são da mesma rede de postos, sendo três situados na capital e um no município de São Cristóvão.
“Na operação iniciada na terça-feira, nós conseguimos colher algumas amostras, com o apoio da ANP. A ANP fez o recolhimentos dessas amostras, fizeram o teste preliminar, que já identificava alguma irregularidade. Mas essas amostras foram encaminhadas para Salvador e, em exame de laboratório, foram feitos os laudos, constatando a presença de substância, que não poderia estar misturada naquela quantidade, e o posto foi interditado e fechado ontem”, citou o delegado André Baronto, diretor do Depatri e titular da Delegacia de Proteção ao Consumidor.
Ainda na terça, a ANP aplicou o auto de infração aos postos onde foram identificadas irregularidades, como uma sanção administrativa. A partir de agora, vai ser instaurado inquérito policial, para a apuração dos fatos e culpabilização na esfera penal. “A Delegacia do Consumidor, assim que receber todo o material da operação, vai instaurar procedimento, para apurar a prática de possíveis crimes”, completou o delegado André Baronto.
