A Justiça Sergipana, por meio do Augusto José de Souza Carvalho, da terceira Vara Cível de Aracaju, determinou a realização da reforma do Terminal de Integração da Zona Oeste Leonel Brizola, em Aracaju. A decisão também estabelece que seja elaborado o projeto de combate a incêndio e pânico e a colocação de itens básicos de segurança.
A medida, segundo o vereador Ricardo Marques, foi tomada depois de fiscalizar o terminal Leonel Brizola junto com a promotora Euza Missano. Na oportunidade, ficou constatado que a estrutura estava totalmente desgastada e prestes a cair. O Ministério Público entrou com ação na Justiça, que determinou uma reforma imediata no local.
Diante disso, na última semana, a Prefeitura de Aracaju, por meio da SMTT, cumprindo a determinação da justiça, começou a reforma, que vai custar R$ 1. 562.221, 57.
O vereador Ricardo Marques disse que vai acompanhar de perto os prazos e o dinheiro aplicado.
