Policiais civis da Divisão de Repressão a Crimes Patrimoniais, da Delegacia Regional de Estância, cumpriram o mandado de prisão preventiva de uma mulher investigada pelo crime de estelionato. Ela ficou conhecida como “A mulher do Pix”. A investigada foi presa no Conjunto Valadares, bairro Cidade Nova, em Estância, na última terça-feira, 20.
Segundo as investigações, as vítimas relataram que uma mulher fazia compras de negócios ou serviços e dizia que pagaria por meio do Pix. Porém, ela apenas fazia o agendamento e mostrava o comprovante do agendamento como se tivesse concretizado a transferência pelo Pix, cancelando o agendamento horas depois da compra.
“No decorrer das investigações, a mulher investigada continuou praticando crimes no município e depois fugiu de Estância. Conforme apuração policial, ela buscou cidades vizinhas para praticar o mesmo crime, tendo sido apurado que houve ocorrência do mesmo crime na cidade de Arauá”, acrescentou a Polícia Civil.
Diante disso, foram realizadas as diligências necessárias e colhidas provas suficientes da prática dos delitos e da autoria, até que a Polícia Civil finalizou o inquérito policial e solicitou a prisão preventiva da investigada, o que foi acolhido pelo Poder Judiciário. Com o mandado de prisão, ela foi detida.
