A Polícia Civil de Sergipe instaurou inquérito para apurar ameaças de morte sofrida pela deputada estadual Linda Brasil (PSOL). A informação foi confirmada nesta sexta-feira (30).
Segundo relatos, as ameaças foram recebidas por meio de um e-mail endereçado à Escola Legislativa da Assembleia Legislativa de Sergipe (Alese) na última quarta (28), Dia do Orgulho LGBTQIA+. O conteúdo também continha discurso de ódio e ataques transfóbicos, além de exigir renúncia ao cargo legislativo.
O Gabinete de Segurança Institucional da Alese foi acionado e e a parlamentar compareceu no Centro de Operações Policiais Especiais (Cope), onde registrou a denúncia.
Por meio de nota, a corporação informou que está investigando a autoria do fato, o qual “infringe o direito legal de escolha dos representantes da administração pública por meio da democracia”. A Polícia Federal também foi comunicada do caso.
