A edição desta sexta-feira, 14, do programa jornalístico “Sergipe Verdade”, na apresentação do radialista George Magalhães, acompanhou a manifestação de moradores do Povoado Pedra Branquinha, na cidade de Maruim.
Na oportunidade, a comunidade reuniu-se e, bloqueou a BR-101 em forma de protesto por ausência de passarela e meios de segurança para atravessar a rodovia após a sua liberação.
Participando do programa, a responsável por assessoria de comunicação da Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF), Carol Lopes, explicou a presença da corporação na manifestação.
“Além de disciplinar o trânsito, eles nos solicitaram a presença de representantes do DNIT com o objetivo de apresentar os motivos do protesto”, explicou.
Segundo Carol, após negociação, o fluxo na área foi liberado.
Com isso, ficou estabelecido que na próxima segunda-feira, 17, ocorrerá reunião de representantes do DNIT com os representantes do povoado.
Na ocasião, foram 04 km de congestionamento, do 77 ao 81.
