Leite da Natville apreendido

Mil e duzentos litros de leite UHT da marca Natville foram apreendidos por fiscais do Procon entre os dias 24 e 28 de julho. A operação foi iniciada depois de o Ministério da Agricultura e Pecuária (Mapa) constatar a contaminação do produto em uma fábrica no Sergipe, e a Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (Anvisa) suspender a comercialização, distribuição e uso dos lotes fabricados entre janeiro e maio de 2023.

“Rastreamos os estabelecimentos pelas notas fiscais de venda desses produtos e comparecemos aos mercados que os adquiriram. Reforçamos a importância de o consumidor não comprar leite longa vida da marca Natville nesse momento”, afirma o diretor-geral do Procon, Marcelo Nascimento.

A maior parte das apreensões foi feita em Planaltina e Arapoanga, no Distrito Federal. Os mercados têm 20 dias para devolver os produtos impróprios para o consumo ao distribuidor ou ao fabricante. Esses locais serão multados somente se venderem o leite da marca Natville.

O leite UHT da Natville é armazenado em embalagem Tetra Pak, conhecido pelo consumidor como leite de caixinha longa vida.

A operação do Procon continua na semana que vem.
