A Polícia Federal deflagrou, nessa terça-feira (1/8), operação em Sergipe com o objetivo de combater crimes de estupro de vulnerável, produção e disseminação de material de abuso sexual infantil na Deep Web.
Na ação, foram cumpridos um mandado de prisão preventiva e um mandado de busca e apreensão, expedidos pela Justiça Federal em desfavor de homem por abuso sexual contra crianças de seu convívio, em que ele registrava os atos criminosos em imagens e as compartilhava em plataformas da Deep Web.
A investigação foi iniciada a partir da análise de conteúdos de abuso sexual infantil, enviadas à Interpol por uma agência policial australiana, realizado pela Força-Tarefa de Identificação de Vítimas da Polícia Federal. Ao total, 12 crianças brasileiras foram identificadas, sendo descoberto que as imagens foram produzidas em Sergipe. Os registros retratam cenas do abuso sexual cometido pelo investigado em ambiente doméstico.
As condutas do indivíduo podem configurar os delitos de estupro de vulnerável, produção de imagens de abuso sexual infantil, disponibilização de arquivos de abuso sexual infantil, aquisição de material contendo abuso sexual infantil, dentre outros.
O autor encontra-se preso temporariamente e o material apreendido será analisado para apurar a prática de outras condutas criminosas e identificação de novas vítimas.
