A Prefeitura de Pinhão, por meio da Secretaria de Assistência e Desenvolvimento Social, realizou, na última quinta-feira, 3, a abertura da campanha Agosto Lilás.
A ação foi direcionada para o público atendido pelo Centro de Referência Especializado de Assistência Social (Creas), visando divulgar e conscientizar sobre a campanha. Esta foi a primeira de uma série de atividades que acontecerão durante todo este mês de agosto.
É importante destacar que o Agosto Lilás acontece em alusão ao aniversário da Lei Maria da Penha, instituída por meio da Lei n° 11.340/2006.
A Lei visa sensibilizar a sociedade sobre os casos de violência que atinge as mulheres e ofertar condições que possibilitem o enfrentamento a este problema.
