A Prefeitura de Macambira, através da Secretaria Municipal da Assistência Social, em parceria com a Secretaria de Políticas para as Mulheres e a Procuradoria Especial da Mulher da Assembleia Legislativa de Sergipe (Alese) promoveram um evento em defesa dos direitos das mulheres, na manhã da última segunda-feira, 7.
As unidades móveis “Ônibus Lilás” e “Caminhos do Cuidar” ficaram estacionadas na frente do Centro Comunitário, onde foram prestados diversos serviços à comunidade: assistência psicossocial, jurídica, vacinação, teste rápidos, entre outros.
Houve também palestras sobre o combate à violência contra a mulher, além da participação dos jovens do Núcleo de Cidadania de Adolescentes (NUCA) e do Serviço de Convivência e Fortalecimento de Vínculos (SCFV), que fizeram uma apresentação alusiva ao Dia do Folclore (22 de agosto).
O evento contou com a presença do prefeito Carivaldo Souza, do presidente da Câmara Municipal, Elio Bernardes (Nanoca), e secretários municipais.
A Casa da Mulher de Macambira, CREAS E CRAS são os órgãos municipais competentes que atuam na área, e estiveram à frente de toda a organização do evento junto com a Secretaria Municipal da Saúde.
