Os alunos da Escola Municipal Deputado Messias Góis, localizada na comunidade Queimada Cumprida, estão desde o dia 16 de Agosto sem frequentar as aulas, devido à falta de transporte escolar. A denúncia foi feita por pais de alunos e professores que se dizem revoltados pela situação.
De acordo com um funcionário da instituição. Dois ônibus (caminhos da escola), um micro-ônibus e uma Topic rodavam diariamente trazendo professores e alunos de diversas comunidades. Todavia, desde o dia 16 de Agosto não se tem transporte e por esse motivo se fez necessário suspender as aulas.
Vale ressaltar, que recentemente a secretaria de educação supostamente teria tentado fechar algumas escolas da zona rural, dentre elas, a Deputado Messias Gois. Não obtendo êxito, devido a repercussão negativa nas redes sociais por parte de alunos, ex-alunos, professores e comunidade.
Ainda segundo informações apuradas pelo repórter Gabriel Oliveira do Hora da Notícia Poço Verde, desde o dia da suposta reunião inúmeros tem sido os acontecimentos negativos, que dão a entender que o objetivo de fechar a escola ainda perpetua.
Estradas que dão acesso a escola em péssimas condições, assim como os transportes, falta de incentivo para com os aluno, além da provável falta de pagamento dos motoristas o que teria ocasionado essa paralisação.
Esperamos que tudo seja apenas suposições, afinal, fala-se por ai que Poço Verde tem a segunda melhor educação do Estado. Mesmo depois de tentar fechar escolas, fornecer péssimas condições de transporte (principalmente aos universitários), não pagar o piso do magistério (com reajuste e retroativo) e ter um grande índice de evasão escolar.
