A criança de quatro anos encontrada, nesta quarta-feira (20), no apartamento onde foi localizado um corpo dentro de uma geladeira, está na casa de familiares, em Aracaju. A informação foi confirmada pela vice-presidente do Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente, Ulla Ribeiro. A mãe dela foi alvo de uma ação despejo, quando o corpo foi descoberto por oficiais de justiça. A mulher está presa suspeita de ocultação de cadáver.
Segundo a representante do Conselho, quando oficiais de justiça chegaram ao apartamento para cumprir a ordem de despejo, a porta foi arrombada e a criança estava sentada em um sofá, assistindo um vídeo em um celular.
Ainda segundo Ulla, havia um conselheiro tutelar acompanhando os oficiais de justiça para cumprimento da ordem de despejo, porque já era sabido que havia uma criança no local.
“Nesses casos, a gente faz o acompanhamento para que os pertences sejam levados para o local indicado pelo proprietário e a criança receba toda a assistência necessária, para minimizar os impactos desse procedimento”, explicou.
