O Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Sergipe, em decisão divulgada neste sexta-feira, 26, inocentou o deputado federal Gustinho Ribeiro no processo das subvenções. Este caso vinha sendo analisado há anos e teve um desfecho esta semana.
O Ministério Público investigou deputados estaduais que destinaram recursos para diversas empresas. No caso do deputado Gustinho Ribeiro, ele indicou as verbas para associações que também foram investigadas.
Procurado pela reportagem para falar sobre o assunto, o deputado falou que sempre confiou e confia na Justiça sergipana. “Eu indiquei as associações e, em sua maioria, os valores foram investidos corretamente. Caso alguma não tenho feito da maneira correta, que pague pelo que fez”, afirmou Gustinho.
