Uma criança de dois anos foi esquecida na van escolar, na Vila Maria, Zona Norte de São Paulo, na manhã desta terça-feira (14), momento em que a cidade enfrenta altas temperaturas com a onda de calor que assola o Brasil. De acordo com apuração do G1, o motorista encontrou o menino à tarde, no veículo, e o levou ao Hospital Municipal Vereador José Storopolli, no Parque Novo Mundo, sem vida, por volta das 16h20.
A Polícia Militar informou que o homem chegou à unidade hospitalar levando o corpo do menino. A criança tinha sido colocada no veículo durante o período da manhã e deveria ter ido para a escola, mas não foi entregue.
Segundo a prefeitura, o condutor do Transporte Escolar Gratuito (TEG) foi descredenciado e um processo administrativo foi aberto para apurar a conduta do profissional.
