Após o sucesso do Vet Day na cidade, a Prefeitura de Simão Dias, através da Secretaria de Saúde, levou a ação para os povoados do município.
Na última segunda-feira, 26, o Povoado Salobra foi a primeira comunidade rural a receber a edição do Vet Day. A ação ocorreu na quadra poliesportiva da localidade.
Além disso, durante esta semana, a prefeitura promoveu outras edições do Vet Day nos Povoados Triunfo, Brinquinho e Curral dos Bois.
Tudo é organizado pela equipe do Centro Municipal de Saúde Animal São Francisco de Assis, realizando serviços de consulta e vermifugação.
