A Polícia Civil divulgou nesta quarta-feira (13) os nomes das sete pessoas presas por envolvimento no assassinato do advogado criminalista José Lael, em Aracaju. Entre os presos está a viúva da vítima, a médica Daniele Barreto (veja os detalhes abaixo).
O assassinato ocorreu no dia 17 de outubro. José Lael e o filho foram baleados dentro de um carro após sofrerem uma emboscada por dois homens em uma moto. O advogado morreu no local e o jovem de 20 anos, mesmo ferido, conseguiu dirigir o veículo até o hospital. Ele foi socorrido e sobreviveu.

- Alvaci Feitosa – autônoma, amiga da médica. Alugou o veículo que seguiu o advogado e levou o atirador ao local do crime. Era a pessoa de quem o advogado sentia ciúmes. Também está presa desde o dia 12 de novembro durante operação policial.
- Adriágina de Souza Cavalcante – secretária da médica. Ela e Alvaci teriam ajudado a planejar o crime. As duas foram vistas junto com os bandidos horas antes do crime. Está presa desde o dia 12 de novembro durante operação policial.
- Pablo Ruan Silva – amigo de Luiz Carlos. Teria dirigido o veículo que levou o condutor da moto usada no crime (Ronaldo) de Nossa Senhora do Socorro para o Bairro Santa Maria, na capital, para se encontrar com o atirador. Se entregou à polícia na manhã do dia 13 de novembro, após divulgação da foto dele, e confessou o crime.
- Ronaldo Moura Santos – amigo de Pablo Ruan. Ele pilotava a moto de onde partiram os disparos contra o advogado e o filho dele. Está preso desde o dia 12 de novembro durante operação policial e também confessou participação.
- Luiz Carlos da Silva – amigo de Alvaci. Ajudou a contratar os bandidos. Está preso desde o dia 12 de novembro durante operação policial e confirmou participação no crime.
- Homem identificado como ‘Panda’ – apontado como autor dos disparos. Foi preso no Bairro Parque dos Faróis, na noite do dia 13 de novembro.
Durante a coletiva de imprensa realizada nesta quarta-feira (13), a delegada Juliana Alcoforado informou que os homens envolvidos no crime não têm relação com a família da vítimas.
“Eles se limitaram a falar sobre suas participações diretas na execução e assumiram a participação no crime, já as mulheres não”, disse se referindo ao envolvimento da viúva, a amiga e a secretária.
Ainda segundo a delegada, a participação da esposa no assassinato foi evidenciada pelo fato de que somente alguém de dentro do condomínio com informações privilegiadas passaria aos executores. No entender da polícia, essa pessoa seria a médica.
