Nem mesmo uma pandemia como o coronavírus afasta o oportunismo dos aliados da prefeita de Lagarto, Hilda Ribeiro, e do deputado federal, Gustinho Ribeiro. Dessa vez, o pré-candidato a vereador, Aloisio Andrade, o Prefeitinho, teve áudio vazado, no qual solicita, em troca de votos, os documentos dos mototaxistas do município para realizar o cadastro no auxílio emergencial do Governo Federal, destinado aos profissionais afetados economicamente pela Covid-19.
Na gravação, Prefeitinho, que é radialista da Rádio Comunitária Juventude FM, pede a uma pessoa para coletar os documentos com os mototaxistas. “A gente “juntava” os documentos desse pessoal na rádio… Como você pode me ajudar nesse sentido? Aí claro que em troca cada um aí pode arrumar um “votinho pra mim mais tarde”, diz na gravação. Assim, fica claro o crime tipificado à luz do Art. 299 do Código Eleitoral, com o intuito de obter votos, pena-reclusão de até quatro anos.

Outra observação, é o desvio de função de funcionários, praticado por Prefeitinho, uma vez que afirma realizar um procedimento alheio as funções de uma rádio e obviamente dos cargos que exercem.
