Uma grande polêmica que pode acabar mal para um vereador do município de Lagarto. Gordinho de Jorge da Laranja, aliado da prefeita, protocolou um documento de inscrição de chapa para a disputa da mesa diretora e inseriu o nome da vereadora Marta da Dengue, da oposição, na composição da chapa sem autorização da mesma. De acordo com os demais vereadores, a ação se trata de um crime, pois viola a legislação e foi moral e eticamente errado.
Foi confirmado ao Xexo Sergipano que Marta registrou um Boletim de Ocorrência por ele ter usado seu nome no documento e na composição da chapa sem sua permissão, inclusive protocolado, sem sua autorização. A informação é de que vereadores de Lagarto entrarão com representação contra Gordinho de Jorge da Laranja.
De acordo com Artigo 299 do Decreto Lei nº 2.848 de 07 de Dezembro de 1940, omitir, em documento público ou particular, declaração que dele devia constar, ou nele inserir ou fazer inserir declaração falsa ou diversa da que devia ser escrita, com o fim de prejudicar direito, criar obrigação ou alterar a verdade sobre fato juridicamente relevante resulta em pena de reclusão de um a cinco anos, e multa.
