A Prefeita de Lagarto Hilda Ribeiro inovou no quesito trânsito ao colocar um placa tão baixa que nem mesmo uma ambulância consegue passar para fazer qualquer possível resgate na Praça Filomeno Hora.
A irresponsabilidade e falta de conhecimento técnico da equipe de Planejamento da Prefeitura de Lagarto foi alvo de muitas reclamações, inclusive de profissionais do SAMU, que denunciaram a iniciativa.
Quem sofrer um acidente no entorno da Praça Filomeno Hora não poderá ser socorrido pelo SAMU, uma vez que o veículo do Serviço de Atendimento Móvel não pode chegar até o local. O risco é grande, mas a Prefeitura não percebe o erro.
