Uma decisão judicial do final da noite desta quinta-feira, 30, proíbe Sukita de realizar evento no que seria sua residência. A juíza determina ainda que a Justiça Federal seja informada, já que o imóvel pertence a uma empresa e está indisponível judicialmente.
Caso desobedeça, Sukita pode pagar multa de R$ 500 mil. Confira a seguir trecho da antecipação de tutela assinada pela juíza de Capela, Cláudia do Espírito Santo.
“Defiro a tutela de urgência pleiteada nos termos do artigo 300 do Código de Processo Civil e determino a imediata intimação do réu para que não realize o evento “Forró do Sukita” no mesmo dia e horário das festas juninas capelenses sob pena da imposição de multa de R$ 500.000,00, sem prejuízo da adoção de outras medidas necessárias nos termos do artigo 297 do mesmo diploma legal. Intime-se o réu para cumprimento imediato da medida e, na mesma oportunidade, cite-se-lhe para responder aos termos da presente ação no prazo de 15 dias. Considerando, ainda, que o imóvel pertence à SVM Participações e Empreendimentos LTDA e está indisponibilizado judicialmente conforme decisão nos autos nº 0801794-57.2020.4.05.8500 em trâmite perante a 4ª Vara Federal,determino seja a presente decisão”.
