Morreu na noite de segunda-feira (27), Heloá Ferreira, de dois anos, que foi uma das duas vítimas do incêndio registrado em uma residência em Imperatriz, cidade localizada a 629 km de São Luís-MA. Ela teve queimaduras graves em 70% do corpo.
A mãe da menina, Ana Carolina Ferreira, de 21 anos, morreu na última quarta-feira (22) em decorrência de complicações causadas pelas queimaduras de terceiro grau.
A menina estava internada na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva (UTI) do Hospital Municipal Infantil de Imperatriz desde a sexta-feira (17).
Acidente
Segundo o Corpo de Bombeiros do Maranhão (CBMMA), a casa em que Ana Carolina vivia pegou fogo na sexta-feira (17), devido um vazamento de gás, que resultou na explosão de um botijão.
O local ficou completamente destruído.
Com o impacto da explosão, o teto da casa desabou e o fogo destruiu móveis, roupas e documentos das vítimas.
Segundo os Bombeiros, 11 registros de incêndios foram contabilizados neste mês em Imperatriz, sendo dois deles ocasionados por vazamento de gás.
