O Departamento de Atendimento a Grupos Vulneráveis (DAGV) de Lagarto, com apoio da delegacia local, prendeu em flagrante um suspeito de cárcere privado, lesão corporal e ameaça contra sua companheira e seus três filhos menores. A ação policial ocorreu nesta terça-feira, 26, no município lagartense.
Segundo informações de parentes das vítimas, o homem estava mantendo a mulher em cárcere, sem permitir que ela saísse de casa ou entrasse em contato com outras pessoas, inclusive confiscando o celular dela. Durante o período, ele agrediu a esposa e seus filhos.
Diante do crime, a vítima aproveitou um momento de distração do suspeito, conseguiu pegar o celular e ligar para sua irmã, relatando a violência. Quando o homem soube desse telefonema, passou a ameaçar os familiares da mulher, dizendo que atearia fogo na casa deles.
“Ao nos deslocarmos para a residência do casal, encontramos a vítima muito abalada, narrando os episódios de violência sofrida por ela e seus filhos”, disse a delegada Vanessa Feitosa, responsável pelo caso.
Informações levantadas pela polícia, também deram conta de que, há algumas semanas, o homem teria agredido sua filha de 1 ano e 6 meses, que precisou ficar hospitalizada por alguns dias.
O investigado esteve preso desde 2020 por agressões contra sua companheira e, ao ser solto há 20 dias, retornou para a residência, onde reincidiu o delito. O autor encontra-se à disposição da Justiça para que as providências necessárias sejam adotada.
