Morreu, nesta sexta-feira (23/9), um peão de 18 anos após participar de um rodeio no município de Luís Antônio, no interior de São Paulo. Antes de cair na arena, o jovem foi atingido pelo touro e perdeu o capacete de proteção. Ele chegou a ser socorrido pelo Samu e levado para a unidade de emergência de hospital em Ribeirão Preto, mas teve uma parada cardiorrespioratória e não resistiu.
De acordo com informações do g1, o caso foi registrado pela Polícia Civil como morte suspeita e acidental. Foi solicitado um exame ao Instituto Médico Legal (IML) para confirmar a causa do óbito.
O jovem, identificado como Thiago Francisco Perez Castilho, disputava na competição do rodeio na noite de quinta-feira (22/9).
Em comunicado divulgado nas redes sociais, a organização do Luiz Antônio Rodeio Show lamentou o ocorrido e prestou solidariedade aos familiares da vítima. “Em meio a fatalidade ocorrida, informamos também que o evento possui todas as autorizações e alvarás cabíveis e necessários, e principalmente seguro de vida dos competidores. A organização do evento está prestando todo apoio e solidariedade à família enlutada”, diz.
