Segundo informações obtidas pela Rw News, mais de 100 funcionários do único e importante hospital em São Cristóvão, SE, o hospital e maternidade Senhor dos Passos, estão sem receber salário. Hoje faz 11 dias de atraso.
Sem repasse por parte da prefeitura municipal de São Cristóvão, a saída encontra foi a retenção de parte dos salários e o encaminhamento de casos simples para às Unidades Básicas de Saúde do município.
Ainda de acordo com as informações, a direção do hospital não pagou nem funcionários e nem os médicos. No mês retrasado o hospital reteve 20% dos salários dos funcionários que recebem mais de R$: 1.200,00 (mil e duzentos reais). A prática seria para que o hospital pudesse arcar com os salários do mês subsequente, no caso o de outubro. O problema é que com a medida de reter o percentual dos salários, o hospital demonstrar que as finanças continua saído do controle e o hospital continua a atrasar a folha salarial.
Até hoje ainda não fora pagos os salários do mês de outubro dos funcionários e médicos do Hospital e Maternidade Senhor dos Passos, o que vem prejudicado os mais de 100 funcionários. Muitos atrasaram o seu aluguel, alimentação, conta de água e luz, cartões de crédito, parcela de carros, planos de saúde, enfim, o hospital não conseguiu pagar aos seus funcionários, por se tratar de filantrópico e carecer de ajudas financeiros de terceiros.
Por se tratar de um hospital filantrópico, o mesmo depende de recursos oriundos de doações voluntárias e de parcerias como a do Governo do Estado e da prefeitura municipal de São Cristóvão.
