Estudo divulgado pelo Portal Valor Econômico, feito através de uma consultoria do Radar Governamental, indica que todos os estados do Brasil tiveram aumento no núnero de secretarias.
Em Sergipe, o crescimento foi de cinco secretaria quando comparado com o ano de 2019, início de mais uma gestão do governo anterior. Desta forma, o Estado ocupa a 15ª colocação em aumento de secretarias.
Os 26 Estados e o Distrito Federal começaram 2023 com 648 secretarias somadas, número 46% superior ao registrado em 2019, quando também tomaram posse governadores eleitos.
