A cozinheira Alminda Maria Teixeira da Costa Neta, de 36 anos, morreu após a explosão de uma panela de pressão, na noite de quinta-feira (9), em uma churrascaria em Mogi Guaçu (SP). A vítima estava no primeiro dia de trabalho no restaurante Chimarrão, segundo a Guarda Municipal.
Outra funcionária da cozinha relatou para a Polícia Militar (PM) que utilizava a panela minutos antes do acidente. Ela afirmou que desligou a boca do fogão depois de a panela pegar pressão e continuou o trabalho. Pouco depois, houve a explosão.
Câmeras do circuito interno de segurança mostraram o momento da explosão e a mulher sendo arremessada contra uma bancada com a força do estouro (veja no vídeo abaixo).
A Guarda foi acionada para atender a ocorrência, mas, quando chegou ao local, a equipe do Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (Samu) já havia constatado que ela tinha morrido.
Em nota nas redes sociais, a Churrascaria Chimarrão informou que foram prestados “todos os devidos socorros a vítima” e que prestou “toda assistência devida aos familiares, que são de outro estado”.
Ao g1, o dono do restaurante afirmou que as documentações e instalações da churrascaria estão regularizadas.
A vítima é do Maranhão, para onde o corpo dela foi levado para ser velado e enterrado, também segundo o proprietário da churrascaria. Como era o primeiro dia dela no emprego, os funcionários não tinham contato com a família para avisar sobre o acidente.
A perícia foi ao local e o caso foi registrado na 1ª Cia 26º Batalhão de Polícia Militar Metropolitano. Em comunicado nas redes sociais, o restaurante informou que ficou fechado nesta sexta-feira (10) por causa do acidente.
