Mais uma vez a Câmara de Vereadores de Cristinápolis, representada pelos vereadores de oposição: Placa, Landinho, Zedinho, João Flavinha, Elielma e Ícaro Hora, impede que o ano letivo da Rede Municipal de Ensino inicie.
Entenda o caso:
Com as aulas previstas, outrora, para iniciar no dia 06 de março de 2023, a Prefeitura de Cristinápolis segue até o momento enfrentando problemas orçamentários no município que impedem o seu retorno.
Com o QDD (Quadro de Detalhamento de Despesas) para o ano de 2023 – Programa de Apoio ao Transporte Escolar – PNATE (FEDERAL E ESTADUAL), os saldos orçamentários no município estão abaixo do que é preciso para empenhar os contratos relacionados ao referido programa.
A gestão municipal, com o objetivo de solucionar o problema, enviou à Câmara de Vereadores dois projetos que pretendem obter suplementação orçamentária necessária para a resolução destas problemáticas.
O primeiro foi reprovado, no entanto foi solicitado pela maioria dos edis que carecia de mais detalhes para uma possível aprovação e assim foi feito. Porém, para a surpresa do Poder Executivo, no dia de hoje (14), mais uma vez, o projeto supracitado foi reprovado.
A administração municipal ressalta que possui saldo financeiro em conta, no entanto, somente com a aprovação do projeto em questão seria possível o retorno das aulas, pois o saldo orçamentário é insuficiente.
A Secretaria Municipal de Educação afirmou o interesse em retornar às aulas no dia 20 ou 27 de março do corrente ano, entretanto, para que o retorno aconteça depende da aprovação do remanejamento orçamentário pela Câmara de Vereadores de Cristinápolis.
