Os brothers MC Guimê e o lutador Antônio Carlos, o Cara de Sapato, foram expulsos do Big Brother Brasil 23 na noite desta quinta-feira (16/3). A produção do programa decidiu eliminar os participantes após comportamentos com a sister mexicana Dania Mendez na festa do líder da última quarta-feira (15/3).
“Nós não gostamos do que vimos ontem”, disse Tadeu Schmidt, apresentador do reality, que deixou claro que a decisão foi da diretoria do BBB e reforçou que não é culpa da intercambista.
Dania chorou bastante e foi acalmada por colegas de confinamento, em especial Domitila, que sabe falar em espanhol.
A Polícia Civil do Rio de Janeiro (PCRJ) está investigando se Mc Guimê e Cara de Sapato cometeram crime de importunação sexual contra Dania.
Em imagens que viralizaram nas redes sociais, o cantor aparece apalpando as nádegas da mexicana, e em outra, ele tenta tocar nos seios dela. Já o lutador tentou beijar Dania Mendez e, mesmo após a negativa da mexicana, ele “rouba” um selinho dela.
O caso está sendo investigado pela Delegacia de Atendimento à Mulher (Deam) de Jacarepaguá. Em entrevista ao jornal “O Globo”, a delegada Viviane da Costa Ferreira Pinto, titular da Deam de Jacarepaguá, disse que as imagens do programa estão sendo analisadas.
O episódio foi um dos mais comentados nas redes sociais nesta quinta-feira. Pelo Twitter, diversos telespectadores do reality pediram a expulsão dos dois participantes.
Penas pelos crimes contra a liberdade sexual
A pena para quem comete o crime de estupro pode variar de seis a 10 anos de prisão. No entanto, se a agressão resultar em lesão corporal de natureza grave ou se a vítima tiver entre 14 e 17 anos, a pena vai de oito a 12 anos de reclusão. E, se o crime resultar em morte, a condenação salta para 12 a 30 anos de prisão.
A pena por violação sexual mediante fraude é de reclusão de dois a seis anos. Se o crime é cometido com o fim de obter vantagem econômica, aplica-se também multa.
No caso do crime de assédio sexual, a pena prevista na legislação brasileira é de detenção de um a dois anos.
