No dia 12 de abril, o casal apresentou os documentos exigidos por Lei para se casarem, conforme publicação do Jornal Oficial dos Cartórios de Registro Civil do Brasil e, no mesmo dia, se casaram.
No dia seguinte, 13 de abril, em plena lua de mel, o prefeito fez uma gracinha para a sogra e baixou decreto nomeando a distinta para ocupar a secretaria municipal de Cultura e Turismo.
Um pouco antes de se casar, o prefeito Hussein não perdeu tempo e fez um afago para a linda namorada, nomeando, no dia 1º de abril, a tia dela, Elizangela Rode, para ocupar o cargo de diretora-geral de uma secretaria municipal.
A primeira-dama, Kauane Rode Camargo Dehaini, participou de diversos concursos de beleza para adolescentes. No ano passado (2022), ele foi eleita 2ª Princesa Teen do concurso Miss Araucária Teen.
No Brasil, o casamento é permitido a partir dos 16 anos, desde que haja permissão dos pais. Não há dúvida de que a família concordou.
