A Prefeita de Gararu Zete de Janjão, acompanhou na manhã deste sábado, 29, a transmissão do cargo de governador do Estado ao presidente da Assembleia Legislativa, deputado estadual Jeferson Andrade. Ele ocupará a chefia do Executivo Estadual enquanto o governador Fábio Mitidieri e o vice-governador Zezinho Sobral estiverem nos Estados Unidos, onde participarão de dois eventos do mercado internacional de óleo e gás.
Ao oficializar a transmissão do cargo para o presidente da Alese, o governador Fábio Mitidieri falou sobre a grandiosidade do evento do qual ele e o vice-governador Zezinho Sobral irão participar. Fábio ressaltou também que “será uma oportunidade para apresentar os potenciais de Sergipe para o mundo”. “Mais de 20% da reserva de gás do nosso país está concentrada em nosso estado. Então, queremos mostrar para as empresas, os investidores americanos que vale a pena investir em Sergipe, trazendo emprego e renda para o nosso povo. Portanto, nossa presença neste evento será importantíssima, para mostrar ao mundo o nosso potencial de extração”, enfatizou.
O governador frisou, ainda, que possui “extrema confiança” no presidente da Assembleia Legislativa e que “estará deixando o Estado em boas mãos”. “Tenho certeza de que Jeferson fará um bom trabalho, pois é um jovem competente e que já mostrou o seu valor. A minha recomendação é que ele dê continuidade à dinâmica de trabalho que tem na Alese porque desta forma, conseguirá realizar um grande trabalho do Governo também”, afirmou.
Fábio e Zezinho participarão em Houston, no Texas, do 5º Encontro dos Brasileiros 2023 da FGV Energia e a Offshore Technology Conference (OTC 2023), a maior feira de petróleo e gás do mundo. A previsão é de que o governador reassuma o Estado no próximo dia 8 de maio.
“Manter o ritmo”
Já empossado como governador em exercício, o deputado Jeferson Andrade agradeceu a confiança. “Quero dizer ao governador Fábio Mitidieri que vou desempenhar a função da melhor forma possível. É muito difícil acompanhar seu ritmo de trabalho, mas já temos uma programação que seguiremos pelo nosso estado. Aproveito para agradecer, também ao povo sergipano pelo carinho nestes quase 12 anos que estou na vida pública e essa oportunidade também será uma forma de retribuir. Farei com grande honra”, disse. Enquanto Jeferson estiver comandando o Estado, a Assembleia Legislativa será presidida interinamente pelo deputado estadual Garibalde Mendonça.
Acompanharam a solenidade o presidente do Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Sergipe, conselheiro Flávio Conceição de Oliveira Neto; o conselheiro do TCE, José Carlos Felizola Filho; o deputado federal Gustinho Ribeiro, além de prefeitos, deputados estaduais, vereadores e secretários de Estado.
