O abono natalino, também conhecido como 13º salário, sofrerá alterações significativas em 2023, impactando diretamente o bolso dos trabalhadores. A mudança está relacionada ao ajuste no salário mínimo, que influencia diretamente o valor do benefício.
O cálculo do depósito leva em conta a remuneração do trabalhador e pode dar aos que recebem um salário mínimo a chance de obter uma quantia equivalente ao total de um ano de trabalho para a mesma empresa. É possível fazer o adiantamento do recebimento do 13º salário, desde que o profissional esteja prestes a entrar em férias. Para isso, é necessário fazer a solicitação entre os dias 1º e 31 de janeiro do ano em que as férias serão usufruídas.
Também é possível fazer o cálculo do valor de forma fácil através da calculadora do 13º salário do FDR, que está no final desse texto. Basta inserir os dados pessoais para obter o resultado desejado. Com essa ferramenta, fica mais fácil para os trabalhadores planejarem suas finanças e se prepararem para o recebimento do abono natalino.
