Por conta de arbitrariedades cometidas por gestões anteriores, a Prefeitura de Canindé de São Francisco teve as contas bloqueada e, por isso, ficou impedida de concluir o pagamento dos servidores municipais.
Confira a nota de esclarecimento emitida pela gestão municipal:
A Prefeitura de Canindé de São Francisco, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Administração e Finanças, vem a público informar acerca do fato que ocorreu no dia 1º de junho de 2023, o qual afetou o não cumprimento dos pagamentos conforme calendário estabelecido por esta gestão.
De acordo com o TRIBUNAL DE JUSTIÇA DO ESTADO DE SERGIPE, o valor bloqueado foi de R$ 5.397.610,00 (cinco milhões, trezentos e noventa e sete mil e seiscentos e dez reais) referente a PRECATÓRIOS de GESTÕES ANTERIORES. De acordo com a determinação da Corte Estadual, todos os recursos que o Município receber, serão abatidos até o pagamento total do valor devido, fato que impossibilitou a gestão de efetuar os pagamentos dos servidores da Saúde e Contratos em geral.
Após ter ciência do bloqueio, o prefeito e sua equipe jurídica se dirigiram, na data de hoje, 02 de junho de 2023, ao TRIBUNAL DE JUSTIÇA, para solucionar o problema.
