O Departamento de Homicídios e Proteção à Pessoa (DHPP) elucida dupla tentativa de homicídio praticada contra uma criança de 10 anos e um adulto, ocorrida em 14 de maio de 2023, por volta das 19h30, no Mutirão do Conjunto João Alves, Nossa Senhora do Socorro (SE). A foto do suspeito foi divulgada nesta segunda-feira, 19/6.
Segundo a investigação, no momento do crime, uma criança brincava com familiares na via pública, onde também estava a segunda vítima, quando o suspeito Robson Cardozo dos Santos, mais conhecido por “Robsinho”, chegou ao local portando uma arma de fogo e, efetuou vários disparos, que atingiram a criança.
A criança foi socorrida por populares e encaminhada ao Hospital de Urgência de Sergipe (HUSE), que, ao receber atendimento médico, resistiu aos ferimentos. Já o adulto, conseguiu fugir da ação criminosa, evitando ser atingido pelos disparos.
O DHPP representou pela prisão do suspeito, tendo a Vara Criminal de Nossa Senhora do Socorro decretado o mandado de prisão. O homem encontra-se foragido.
