O Programa Banco Bradesco Jovem Aprendiz foi criado para oferecer oportunidades de emprego para jovens e jovens que nunca trabalharam. Todos os participantes são considerados membros da empresa, não funcionários inexperientes. A empresa espera que todos aprendam, cresçam e desfrutem de realizações profissionais.
O Código de Aprendizagem determina que as médias e grandes empresas desenvolvam projetos de aprendizagem e garantam uma alocação de 5% a 15% do número de funcionários para o emprego de aprendizes com idade mínima de 14 anos e idade máxima de 24 anos.
No caso do Projeto Bradesco Aprendizagem Jovem, os alunos do ensino fundamental e médio podem participar e até frequentarem a escola.
O desempenho escolar (notas) pode fazer a diferença na hora de contratar. Algumas vagas aceitam candidatos que já se formaram no ensino médio, mas ainda não lidaram com uma carteira assinada.
