Depois do vereador-presidente da Câmara de Riachão do Dantas, Berinho do Mercadinho, querer bancar o rei dentro do parlamento, a Justiça agiu e mostrou que, no Estado Democrático de Direito, o que deve vigorar é a lei. Por isso, o obrigou a pautar três projetos de resolução para modificação do regimento interno da Casa, sob pena de multa diária de R$ 20.000,00.
Na decisão, assinada pelo juiz de direito da Comarca de Riachão do Dantas, Ricardo Sant Ana, Berinho tem cinco dias para realizar a leitura dos projetos de resolução números 1/2023, 2/2023 e 3/2023 em Plenário, designando, em sequência, Comissão Especial, com
encaminhamento para apreciação.
Caso passe os cinco dias e Berinho não cumpra a medida, ele poderá ser enquadrado nas penalidades da litigância de má-fé e na responsabilização por crime de desobediência.
A decisão conta da última terça-feira, 25, quando foi assinada eletronicamente pelo magistrado.
