Uma mulher de 29 anos foi presa após ser encontrada com uma bebê de apenas seis meses e discutindo com populares na feirinha do Benedito Bentes, parte alta de Maceió, na tarde desse sábado (05).
Uma equipe do Programa Ronda no Bairro foi acionada pelo Conselho Tutelar da Região e avistou a situação, que piorou quando, durante as discussões com à população, a mulher acabou deixando a própria filha de seis meses cair no chão. Ela estava sob o efeito de álcool e outras drogas.
Policiais militares do 5º Batalhão foram acionados. A mulher altamente agressiva, desacatou os agentes e também depredou patrimônio público. Ela foi levada à Central de Flagrantes I, no bairro do Farol, e autuada pelos crimes de desacato e abandono de incapaz.
A bebê foi encaminhada para um abrigo no bairro do Feitosa, ficando também sob os cuidados dos conselheiros da região. O encaminhamento foi feito, pois segundo a mãe da criança, a avó seria cadeirante e não teria outra pessoa para cuidar da menor.

Agentes de proximidade do Programa Ronda no Bairro e militares do Batalhão de Polícia de Eventos também prenderam um homem de 32 anos por desacato e desobediência neste sábado. O caso foi registrado no Jacintinho, em Maceió.
O infrator estava conduzindo uma motocicleta e levando um passageiro sem capacete, quando foi abordado. Durante a revista, o homem começou a xingar e fazer ameaças contra a equipe. Após a verificação de que ele era inabilitado, os agentes foram coagidos e desacatados. Diante dos fatos, o indivíduo foi levado à Central I para a realização dos procedimentos cabíveis.
