Diante de tantos casos de autoritarismo e desmandos, vereadores de Riachão do Dantas protocolaram um pedido de destituição do vereador-presidente Berinho do Mercadinho da Mesa Diretora da Câmara Municipal.
O documento foi protocolado nesta quinta-feira, 24, e está embasado no artigo 183 do Regimento Interno da Casa Legislativa.
Com isso, Berinho tem 15 dias para apresentar a sua defesa e arrolar mais três testemunhas diante dos fatos narrados na representação.
A medida ocorre após o vereador-presidente ser indiciado por crime contra o patrimônio pela Polícia Civil.
