Um homem apontado como responsável por executar Wesley Brunner, de 28 anos, após uma cavalgada no município de Itabaianinha (SE) foi preso em Santos, no estado de São Paulo, na última sexta-feira (13). O segundo suspeito de participar do crime foi indiciado por homicídio qualificado e ocultação de cadáver.
Segundo a Secretaria de Segurança Pública, ele prestou informações relevantes acerca da dinâmica do crime e descreveu sua atuação na ação, além de indicar a identidade do autor dos disparos. Os dois trabalhavam juntos em um estabelecimento comercial

Ele disse que o autor dos disparos convidou o partícipe para ir em uma motocicleta até encontrar a vítima, que foi encontrada com o pneu do veículo furado perto de um cemitério. A vítima foi morta nas proximidades de um polo de moda em Itabaianinha. Eles retornaram ao estabelecimento comercial e fecharam o local.

Em seguida, conforme o depoimento, o autor dos disparos exigiu que pegasse o veículo Audi vermelho para colocar o corpo no porta-malas. “O autor dos disparos pegou a motocicleta da vítima e descartou em um tanque. Tentou quebrar a placa do veículo e depois descartou no Oovoado Poções, em Tomar do Geru. O participante do crime indicou ainda que o autor dos disparos teria fugido para São Paulo”, concluiu.
Os dois veículos foram encontrados durante diligências policiais, sendo descartada a suspeita de latrocínio. Por meio de denúncias, chegaram informações preliminares de quem seriam os suspeitos.
O suspeito será recambiado para Sergipe e fica à disposição da Justiça.

A vítima foi encontrada morta no Povoado Alecrim, na Zona Rural de Tomar do Geru, no dia 28 de setembro. Ele foi dado como desaparecido depois de visitar a namorada e familiares, não tendo retornado à cidade de Rio Real (BA), onde morava.
O rapaz chegou a falar com um irmão através de aplicativo de mensagens quatro dias antes, pedindo ajuda para resolver um problema. O corpo foi localizado por um homem que sentiu mal cheiro e percebeu uma movimentação estranha dos gados no pasto ao passar próximo do local.
No local, uma equipe da Polícia Militar esteve presente e não conseguiu visualizar sinais de violência devido ao avançado estado de decomposição.
