A Delegacia Regional de Estância, por meio da Divisão de Repressão a Crimes Patrimoniais, elucidou o crime de roubo majorado praticado por dois homens contra um jogador de futebol e o caseiro da sua propriedade. O crime ocorreu em junho de 2022. A informação foi divulgada nesta terça-feira, 24.
As investigações se iniciaram após a notícia de que as vítimas foram surpreendidas por dois homens armados que entraram na fazenda, anunciaram o assalto e as amarraram.
Em seguida, as vítimas foram agredidas. Foram levados um veículo Fiat Toro, R$ 3 mil, dois aparelhos celulares, além de outros bens da propriedade.
No dia seguinte ao roubo, o veículo roubado foi encontrado inteiramente queimado e abandonado na zona rural de Maruim.
“Com o avanço das investigações, foi possível recuperar os aparelhos celulares das vítimas e identificar os dois suspeitos de praticarem o crime, os quais são oriundos do Estado de Alagoas”, detalhou o delegado Renato Tavares.
Ainda conforme o delegado, os investigados possuem passagens criminais. “Já possuem passagem pelo sistema penitenciário pela prática de crimes patrimoniais, onde foram presos em Alagoas por receptação, roubo e por furtarem uma fazenda de modo muito semelhante ao crime apurado”, acrescentou.
Após terem sido colhidas provas da prática do delito e da autoria, a autoridade policial concluiu o Inquérito e o remeteu ao Poder Judiciário.
