Faturas com correção monetária indevida
A Companhia de Saneamento de Sergipe (Deso) informa nesta quarta-feira, 22, que, devido a mudanças no sistema, algumas faturas de água foram emitidas com a correção monetária indevida, nos municípios de Aracaju, Nossa Senhora do Socorro, Malhador, Neópolis, Lagarto, Ribeirópolis, Tobias Barreto, Canindé de São Francisco, Poço Redondo e Japoatã.
Os clientes afetados podem se dirigir às unidades de atendimento da Deso, ligar para o canal de atendimento 4020 0195 ou acessar a Agência Virtual da Companhia por meio do endereço eletrônico deso-se.com.br/, para que seja realizada a retificação da cobrança.
Aqueles que realizaram o pagamento da fatura com a correção monetária indevida receberão AUTOMATICAMENTE o crédito equivalente ao valor nas próximas faturas.
